Our Local Team
Mr Holden is a geologist based in Victoria and living within the RRAL footprint, with extensive international experience in project management and acquisition roles. His experience includes gold and coal mining in Africa and Australia and a career focus on project generation and regional exploration. He led as Managing Director the IPOs on the ASX of Firestrike Resources Ltd and Atomic Resources Ltd, founded and was non-executive Technical Director of ASX-listed Avonlea Minerals Ltd, and was Technical Director and subsequently President and CEO of TSX-V listed IGC Resources Inc. As a Founder and Technical Director he also assisted in the IPO of Prosperity Resources Ltd on the ASX.
Mr Holden has a BSc in Geology from the University of Otago, an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Masters in Emergency Management from Charles Sturt University, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Mr Bell has 44 years of resource company and capital markets experience and is the Chairman and Chief Executive of Red Rock Resources plc: a company with production and exploration interests listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM:RRR). Current directorships include Power Metal Resources plc (AIM:POW) (Chairman) and leading manganese producer Jupiter Mines Limited (ASX:JMS). As a director he has been involved with bringing into production gold and non-ferrous metal mines and quarries, as well as the discovery or delineation of major Resources.
Mr. Bell has served on many public boards, including TSX-V listed Cue Resources Ltd (until its takeover by Uranium Energy Corp) and, as Chairman, Greatland Gold plc and Regency Mines plc. He holds BA and MA degrees from Oxford University and an LLB from the University of London.
Community & Environment Liaison
Kiara is based in Victoria and comes to the company with a background in both Environmental Science and Teaching: holding tertiary qualifications in both.
Kiara is from a remote community in Australia, worked within the exploration industry, and taught at many levels in a variety of different localities; she has vast experience in developing solid working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Much of her career to date has seen her successfully working with many communities and groups in both the rural and urban environment and throughout Australia. Kiara is also an elite athlete in track and field, involved in engaging health and wellbeing of community through sport.
Kiara is the first point of contact for any members of the public that may have any concerns, questions or queries.
Mr Johnson is an experienced public company director and shareholder and is the Chief Executive of Power Metal Resources plc, an exploration company with investment interests listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM:POW), as well as of his private investment and advisory company Value Generation Ltd. He has been involved in some notable turnrounds such as Metal Tiger plc (AIM:MTR) and Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP).
Among previous appointments he has served as CEO of Metal Tiger plc and Metal NRG plc (AIM:MNRG), Chairman of ECR Minerals plc (AIM:ECR) and Director of Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP). Mr Johnson holds a degree in Management Science from UMIST and is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Loss Adjuster and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
A recent addition to the team, Jack graduated with honors in Geology from Ballarat University. Through his studies he has developed a strong understanding of orogenic gold mineralisation and Victorian geology.
Over the past 4 years, Jack has been working at Ballarat’s underground gold mine: progressing from core logging, through to underground geology and advanced resource planning for the Company. In his time at the mine he has gained valuable experience in applying his academic studies in a practical environment. Living just south of Ballarat, Jack brings special benefit to the company as an active member of his rural community, using his local knowledge in effective management of field activities.
